BoA Premium Rewards and Chase United Explorer travel insurance
I have been trying to find travel cards that offer the highest number of travel insurance with lower AF.
Looking at this site
https://frequentmiler.com/ultra-premium-credit-card-travel-insurance/
and reading the credits/benefits on
- BoA Premium Rewards
- Chase United Explorer
it appears they offer similar travel insurance as the bank’s higher end cards. The rewards category is lower or redemption method is different but it appears to be possible to combine the two travel cards to get best coverage.
As example, if you purchase United airline ticket on United Explorer, did a seat upgrade and purchase car rental on BoA PR, you would have total coverage as CSR with lower AF and up to $100 airline credit.
I was going to get Ritz-Carlton card for
- $300 airline credit
- unlimited AU for Chase and PP lounge access - travel insurance for owner and AUs including four roadside assistance at $50/each service event.
The BoA PRE has similar credits and travel insurance but is missing discounted roadside assistance or pay for service.
