Lucky/Unlucky: Advice on the best way to use duplicate 90 OVR Weekend League pulls?

Got lucky and unlucky at the same time. Had a 80+ and 81+ pack from Weekend League. Ended up pulling 90 OVR Trey’von Moehring twice.

What’s the best way to use an unsellable duplicate 90 OVR player.

I am free to play so advice on PTCs is best.
