What do you say to a potential employer when they ask you why you're looking for a new job when the only reason is that you hate your current one?

My job doesn't have any crazy policy that makes it horrible. More like a lot of small things that add up. Mainly the management just doesn't have it's shit together (but still manages to keep the business afloat), and a weird culture of social shaming in order to get overtime shifts filled, and addressing minor mistakes in the teams channel for the entire team instead of privately.

Anyways, I wouldn't want to say all this to a potential employer. What should I say instead to sound professional?
