Anniversary celebration Toronto to Vettä Spa

Hello everyone ! I need your opinion on planning our wedding anniversary. We were planning to go to Vetta Spa from Toronto on a Sunday hoping that it will be less busy compared to Saturday or Thermea.

I would like to know if there are must visit locations on our way you would recommend. We want a relaxing day but would not mind checking coffee shops or Fall Farms. Also, I m open to suggestions for romantic dinner restaurants on our way since we normally dont have a car and just visit the restaurants in downtown Toronto.
