Windows 11 stuck on "Provide a pin"

I genuinely don't know what to do. Yes, I did have a pin before this that I always use to log in, everything was fine yesterday.

I tried to troubleshoot within recovery mode and now I'm stuck on the wifi connection window. I did also try the self fix, didn't do anything.

I'd provide a clip of the wifi password tab, but since I can't, it was blinking in and out repeatedly, stuck on "failed to connect to network".
