Pulling out a suture knot

Female, age 39. I had an abdominal hysterectomy almost 3.5 weeks ago. Today, I accidentally pulled out the end suture knot from one side of my incision (my partner had examined it and told me it was an ingrown hair). I‘m wondering how bad this was to do. The entire piece was 2 cm (the knot in the middle with excess string on both sides 1cm each).
