Changing jobs – TRC holder (not Blue Card) in Warsaw

Hey! I have a temporary residence card (karta pobytu) valid until 2027, not a Blue Card and not tied to one employer (I finished my master’s in Poland) and I have work permit based on that.

I’m changing jobs and my salary will change too. Do I just need to notify Mazowiecki Urząd Wojewódzki (Bukowińska/Marszałkowska) within 15 days and send my new contract + copy of TRC, or is there anything else required?

Anyone done this recently? Thank you in advance :)
