A deck with no intention of letting the game end

Discussion

I know this is gonna seem a little rude and a little insane, but my local commander pod has gone a little too far, and I want to come up with something…”odd”. I’m tired of the endless net decks, and “he who spends the most - wins the most”. Maybe I’m just harkening for “earlier times”, but with EDH I’m getting to the point where I would rather play with $40 worth of random bullshit bulk cards from the back of the box - than $1500 worth of hand curated picks from EDHREC.

Everyone is gonna say something along the lines of “bro just talk to them.” I’m done talking. It’s time to put cardboard on the table in the most spiteful yet meaningless manner humanly possible. I’m done with land destruction, extra turns, annihilator, etc. “Winning” a game that has gone on for 4 hours isn’t winning anymore.

Can you build a deck that has absolutely zero intention of winning the game, causing somebody else to win the game, or causing me to lose the game? Anything that just makes a board state that just says “fuck you, no.” - taxes everyone, stops everyone from playing any spells, burns lands, artifacts etc.

I’m to the point where if a card effect said “this spell only resolves if you speak aloud a haiku of apology to the player who lost the last game first” - I would slot it. The older and more obtuse the cards are, the better. I’m going to proxy 99% of this deck and test thoroughly

The “win-con” would be to drag the game forever and make it as miserable as possible for everyone involved. The way this deck “wins” is by everybody else quitting. Your options can be “suffer through this or flip the table. If you flip the table, I count that as a win though”

Call the deck “The Real Monopoly Experience” or something; but I’m really tired of everybody playing the most unfun spells possible. I want a deck full of spells that just don’t let anyone have any enjoyment to prove a point. Permanent irrevocable grudges that spawn things called “the incident” - which are never mentioned and explained only in hushed tones to the new guy.

I think it will be glorious, and I desperately need your help; because I’m cooking up a “I’m the DungeonMaster” deck that should do the OPPOSITE of this in parallel!
