New Gen Mini Wireless CarPlay Adapters

Does anyone have a newer generation mini usb stick style wireless CarPlay adapter as opposed to the older small box with cord style adapters that work really well with 2016+ XC90? Have been looking at getting a Carlinkit SE Pro or mini adapter but unclear on the real difference. Is anyone using a mini wireless CarPlay adapter that isn’t too buggy and reliable?
