Shoutout to XPlay South Barrie and amazing staff member Iva!

Just wanted to share something nice that happened yesterday. I lost my phone in the foam pit (the big sponge box area) at XPlay South Barrie right around closing time. The staff asked me to come back the next morning. When I went back, they took my details and said they’d contact me if they found it — but I didn’t want to give up and started looking around for help.

That’s when I met Iva, one of the staff there, and honestly she was amazing. She was so kind, patient, and actually jumped in to help me search through all the foam boxes. After working really hard, she found my phone! Couldn’t be more thankful — she totally saved my day. Big thanks to Iva you are the best.
