AIO is this abuse?

❤️‍🩹 relationship

I'm not sure if it's just me overreacting or if I'm just the problem here or even crazy but I feel like my husband intentionally pushes my buttons to get to me to a point of raging on him so I look crazy and he can blame my anger for everything.

Now Im aware of anger problems especially since having a baby I have been working on it with trying to take a deep breath, walking away, counting etc. my husband is fully aware of my anger problems and how I'm struggling yet it's like he intentionally does things to push me to get a reaction then blames me for it.

For example it's his day off me and the baby get up start our morning and we let him sleep in a little, I'll be in a great mood make him breakfast get his energy drink ready and bring it to him and he'll start acting like a prissy little shit and complain about something or refuse to come sit and have breakfast with us and just his whole energy never says thank you doesn't greet me with a good morning or anything like a loving partner should. I express to him "hey you're coming off like this can you stop" and he denys it and i end up reacting and get mad and it just sets a negative tone for the day. i genuinely don't know if he's aware of what he's doing and just does it on purpose or he lacks self awareness. Another example I have asked him plenty of times in plenty of different ways to stop leaving his stuff all over the kitchen sink, yet he still does it knowing it makes me mad. He cuts me off whenever we're having discussions about things so I can never finish what I'm trying to get across to him.

I love my husband very much but it's become impossible to be around him anymore, everything he does just makes me so angry and irritated. I end up in this negative nasty mood, as soon as he's gone my mood starts to change. I don't know what to do we have had countless conversations clam ones and it's like nothing changes. He's not a bad person so please take what I say with the fact there is two sides to the story here but this is just one particular thing that has me questioning my sanity. Is this a form of abuse? I don't think that's his intention he's never put hands on me or even really yelled at me he had really disfunctional parents and a lot of abuse from his childhood so he does struggle emotionally. I know it's not an excuse but I guess for context. I just don't know what to do, we can't afford therapy or even couples therapy so we're left navigating marriage alone. Maybe I'm just overreacting?
