Stuck at the same skill level FC26

I am stuck at the same skill level on this game, I don’t know why or how I just can’t improve, I’ve tried so much. Ive watched pros, tutorials, and even tried playing against better people to see what I can do it but it just feels that no matter what I do I just can’t, it’s like I’ve plateaued. I’ve been stuck at this level probably since the start of FC24, I’ve played a lot since then too, my highest champs finish is rank 5 and I think I’ve got that like 5 times, my highest div is div 1 last FC and I’ve been div 2 multiple times. I haven’t played champs near consistently every weekend since I started playing, I have took long breaks, but I started playing fifa properly at the end of 21 and I couldn’t even get 1 win in champs back then. My average wins when I try in champs is probably around 8 in the new system for champs (the 15 games one) and over past years when I’ve played properly I’ve been sat around div 3/div 2. I do get mentally agitated in champs and play it all in one night. I’d say I know advanced things, I know a lot of skills, I right stick switch, and I player lock, but I just still feel like it’s my fundamentals like defending and running the midfield and even my finishing product that is dreadful and I have no idea how to work on it. If anyone is in a similar situation or a good player has been in my situation before or just if anyone can give advice it would really help me out because it’s frustrating me as I do want to become a rank one player eventually and it’s like I’m just frozen with progressing. Am I cooked or is there a way out of this mess?
