Late 30's. TFMR > IVF success stories?

Please tell me your IVF success stories if you started in your late 30's. I had my TFMR in July and am doing my first IVF egg retrieval this month. We're doing PGT-A testing.

How many egg retrievals did you do? How many euploids did you get? How many transfers did it take? Fully medicated or modified natural? How long was the process from first egg retrieval to pregnancy?
