Bond Request

Is there anyone who can give me an information about the bond request? So my brother was detained by ICE 3 days ago. So he has an asylum case on pending and he has no criminal records. Can we request a bond for him? How long it take to get an answer from them? Also they told my brother that his court date is on November 26th, but we don’t want him to stay there until then. If they accept our bond request and we pay it, will he still have to go to court on November 26th?
