iPhone 17 preorder not shipped

I preordered the iPhone 17 PM on 9/14 and my estimated delivery date on this Friday 10/10. I’m worried that it won’t be shipped for the delivery date. And the money for the preorder and pay off of the remaining balance of my current phone hasn’t been taken out of my account.

I want to call to see what’s up but I’m sure that will go nowhere.
