Mid-Level Supervisor Role
Hey All,
I have an interview this Thursday for a mid-level position with yet another organization that all just feel like the same at this point; false promises, lack of support/training to help you with a reasonable timeframe to complete indirect hours, etc, just to name a few red flags. I’ve had a negative state of mind & major frustration towards our field for months, but it’s time to finish what I set out to finish when I made the decision to pursue my BCBA.
I’m looking to gain some insight on specific questions I should be asking to the talent acquisition team, as well all the BCBAs I would work alongside with, regional directors, everyone that is relevant to make sure I’m going to be heard & receive the true training & mentorship it takes to be the best of the best. I’ve felt stuck & in a plateau position for sooooooo long & it just seems so out of reach each time I try to complete my indirect hours.
I appreciate any & all feedback you might have for me. Thank you!
