Did I make a mistake for asking for clarification on the time of my interview?

I got an email a few days ago saying that I had an interview on Thursday. Today, I got an email saying there was a scheduling conflict and that they needed to push my interview to Friday at 1PM. I confirmed that that time works for me. They then sent a calendar thing that said my interview time was from 12PM-1PM. I sent an email asking for clarification about that time since the job is in a different time zone and I was asked to confirm if I could be at the interview at 1PM. Did I make a mistake by asking this? It's been a few hours and thet haven't replied to my message.
