Tesla service center charged me in full but couldn’t fix my car
Has anyone had this happen to them? I paid over $2k in 2023 to have my Tesla autopilot fixed, but the same issue kept happening in the last two years. I brought the car in three times and had it remotely serviced a dozen times but it still happens. It was never fully “fixed”.
It’s past the deadline for California Lemon Law to apply, and Tesla has been unhelpful, defensive of their service history, refused to issue a refund, and outright refused to service me again for the exact same issue they charged me in full but didn’t fix. I’m seeking legal help at this point, and would like to know if there’s anyone else in the same situation.
