How to play malachai

So ive tried several malachai campaigns but non of them have gotten off well because no matter what I do everyone around me declares war, in my most recent I had azazel, throgg, and arbaal declare war on me at the same time, is there something im doing wrong, is there anything I can do to hold off the endless enemies?
