Quitting

I'm thinking strongly of resigning.For context i work in a life skills classroom in the philly school district. The student who i am with is developmentally at best at a 2 to 3 year old level and is not potty trained (I do this for him daily). Prior to being in this position I had never needed to change any of my students diapers. I've dealt with bad behaviors but this is really pushing me to my limit. The only thing that is preventing me from staying is the benefits and I'm scared to lose those otherwise I would just quit as according to my contract I don't have to give any notice so I could literate quit today. Anyone eles quit and if someone how long did it take you to get another job?
