I’m looking to hire someone to use Topaz to sharpen a videos resolution for me using Topaz

I’m recording some video game clips from my PlayStation 5. Despite using the same settings as before for years, out of complete no where, some of my clips got partially pixalated for no reason. I have no idea why it happened.

What’s weird is some clips are fine and even some moments of the same clip are fine, it’s very inconsistent.

I read that topaz can be use to sharpen/denoise vidoes, but it’s very pricey. However I’m willing to pay for someone to do this for me since I’m not tech savvy at all to do it myself with other tools. We can discuss the price per clip if that’s ok.
