Myintealth

I paid the 160$ for form 186 last April but I didn’t notarize it yet. Now I claimed MyIntealth account but the current status is: submitted for identification review and it doesn’t even show the option for paying 560$. Anyone has a similar case ? I don’t know what should I do now I tried reaching them out through emails and calls but I couldn’t.
