Help with Teto voicebank T^T

I came here to ask about some technical issues with a Teto voice bank. Someone on discord with no other socials says that they are facing an issue where their Teto will not sing. They can input notes but it won’t say/sing anything. They have it set to Sampa X English, and they have tried uninstalling and reinstalling(from what I’ve gathered). If someone could help, that would be amazing!
