I’m building Cursor for Postman — an AI-powered API testing platform

I’ve been working on something exciting — think Cursor, but for API testing.

It’s an AI-powered API testing platform where all you need to do is connect your GitHub repository, and the AI takes care of the rest: • Automatically sets up your Postman-like test environment • Writes and runs API tests for your endpoints • Analyzes test results and errors directly in chat — so you can debug and iterate instantly

— to stretch it further, you can connect your frontend as well and the AI will be able to compare the expected backend data and the frontend payload being sent to the backend and it can catch the bugs as soon as you push your code.

No more manual setup or switching tabs just to check what went wrong. The idea is to make API testing as smart and seamless as writing code with Cursor.

I’m currently building the MVP and would love feedback or early testers. What features would you want in an AI-driven API testing tool like this?
