Castbox app randomly marking entire (200+ episode) Playlist as listened, deleting downloads

(Would post in r/castbox but that sub basically doesn't exist anymore for whatever reason.)

Anyone know what's causing this and/or how to fix it? It's real annoying.

Thankfully (and strangely) it isn't removing the actual episodes from the playlist, just marking them as played and deleting the downloads. Can't find any settings related to downloads expiring or whatever, so don't know why it's doing this other than a bug.
