Will my closing be effected if my husband was on sick leave a week before closing?

My husband rolled his knee at work a few weeks back and had tried to walk it off but after two weeks of swelling and pain he went to the doctor who told him to take two weeks off to rest his knee. No serious injury and my husband started work again two days ago. I got a message from my loan officer at 8pm tonight asking why my husband's job told then he was on leave. I explained he got a slight injury but he was back at work. The officer told me they needed to speak with his boss immediately to confirm he was back at work. This freaked me out because we closing in two days and I didnt think any issues would come up so close to closing. Will this effect closing or the date? I did give my husband's supervisors information over immediately but havent heard back from the loan officer. Anyone experience anything similar? Any advice or tips?
