Budgeting

Hey y'all,

I (22m) recently graduated and moved out. I am almost independent from my parents (still on their car and health insurance). I was crunching numbers as I have a bunch of expenses coming up and I need help determining if my budgeting is good.

Here's my monthly expenses, it should be noted that all except rent are overestimated by at least 20%-40%.

Loans: $200 Rent $1000 Utilities: $100 Groceries: $300 Gas: $300 Total: $1900

Current monthly income (post-tax): $2300 Low-end estimated savings: $400

All of my calculations are based on my current wages, likely to increase this month. This does not include any money I make from my side gig, strictly my day job. I tend to save 100% of my side gig money, anywhere from $300-$500 per month right now, also likely to increase. I perform maintenance and repairs on my car for under $200/yr and is not generally a monthly expense and is excluded.
