Need some help

So I recently got a new phone because the old one up and permanently died, I got a new one and decided to get unison again, this is where my issue began however, because upon trying to log in at all, it always closes and says unexpected error or just glitches out and closes the app, is there any way to even fix this? I even logged into my account on the Internet and tries that to no avail
