Anyone else feel deeply with their stomach and heart?

Without going into specifics about a breakup, does anyone else tell themselves that they’re over the relationship when their stomach is finally relaxed?

Logically in my head, I can know that our relationship is over and go over the good, the bad, the whatever…but until the cold knot or social anxiety is gone, I know I’m not over it.
