Suggestion to add a notes tab to UI

I play mobile primarily, and would love a tab for lists or notes in the game like the friends list. I know many people just use a notes app but I have so many other random notes unrelated to gaming that I keep.

I just want a simple way in the game to make a list of goals, or the random words I need to remember for quests etc..
