It’s Day 279 Wessagusset Wind/Humidity Wrap 2025. The wind was out of the SW at 8mph with gusts to 15mph. The humidity was 81% at 9am. I used the Orchid color of Red Heart Super Saver yarn to show the humidity was 81%. I knit Pattern: K 4 rows
to show the wind was blowing at 8mph. It was a sunny day in Wessagusset, and it got hot for October today with a high temperature of 82°. Today was a trip to Mass Eye and Ear to meet with my ophthalmologist for a 6 month follow-up to see if she is recommending surgery or not. I have been using ointment in one eye she was worried about, and it paid off big time. In 6 months I may have missed 4 nights of using the ointment, which I thought was pretty good, and the doc thought it was spectacular. My eye has stopped the incessant tearing, and the gritty feeling is gone. She was thrilled with the results, and released me from having to return unless I have renewed problems, at which point she will be happy to reevaluate. YAY! I will keep using the ointment, and hopefully that will continue to work. We are so fortunate to have Mass Eye and Ear in Boston with all of their specialists. Be safe out there.
