Xbox 360 disc reading error

My Xbox 360 won’t read any games but it plays DVDs just fine. It makes a weird dial tone like sound when reading games. It will either say “unrecognizable disc” or “Mixed media Disc” after all that it will just spin and sound like a normal Xbox 360. I’ve never seen this before it’s super weird. I’ve tried cleaning the laser, I inspected the disc drive it’s really clean and nothing looks damaged.
