Yahoo fantasy bs/ IR spot wont clear

I picked up Tysom hill last week as a TE hold, now I’m trying to make trades and wire moves but I can’t. Says he’s on IR, I have moved him off IR TWICE. Everyone is saying wait til Wednesday, like yeah when waiver claims clear? I’m sitting at upper middle in the league 4th out of 10 so not the biggest deal, but my downfall is depth (and Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson) once I have a player on bye I’m screwed. Is there any fix to this or are my waiver pick ups this week chalked? This is my first year on yahoo
