Stabbed in gut feeling

When you guys get an extreme sense of nostalgia do you genuinely get a feeling of being stabbed in the gut or just a weird feeling in you body in general,I get it when maybe I see stuff about a childhood game I loved or looking in messages with people you used to be close to but not anymore
