Supercell ID change

I used to play CR with my dads phone first, so the SC ID is linked to his email. when i git my own phone, i made a new SC ID account with my own email and even started a new CR account for a while. i still use the same Old CR account to play (the new one's just existing)

I wanted to change my dads email to mine so as to link the Old ID to my email. but i already have a SC ID + a CR account on mine. Will it still work?
