Bf won’t stand up for me

my bf (31m) and I (28m) have been dating for about a year now. We met through mutual friends and would hang out as a group both before and after we started dating. But recently i’ve had a bit of a falling out with one of the friends who introduced us. i had expressed some feelings i had about his lack of involvement in our friendship and in return he’s gone and turned all my friends against me. all while my bf has tried to remain “neutral”. He won’t stand up for me and continues to spend time with these people. it’s putting strain on our relationship and i’m seriously considering cutting things off because of it. I don’t know what to do.
