Need Rules & Tasks to Stay Naked More

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for help setting up some rules and daily tasks that will keep me naked more often throughout the day, ideally as much as possible. The catch? I’m not allowed to touch myself or watch porn—this is more about discipline, exposure, and embracing a state of vulnerability or submission, not about constant stimulation.

A few things I’m aiming for:

•	Extended periods of nudity at home (and maybe even light risk tasks if it fits).

•	Habit-forming tasks that reinforce staying undressed.

•	Rules that keep me accountable, challenged, and on edge without crossing my personal boundaries.

•	Tasks that feel humiliating or mildly uncomfortable without being overly sexualized.

Open to creative suggestions—whether it’s clothing rules, schedules, chores, rituals, or behavioral restrictions. If you have any systems or routines you use to stay exposed or controlled, I’d love to hear them.
