Got hacked from chatting from a popular but aging chat app. How do i hide from these creepy folk?

So the hacking was based on other chatters getting my real information from google searches, from whatever I said about myself on chat. Then it evolved , once hacked the hackers would post my google searches to even monitoring my phone data using ngix proxy server, to even using turning on the cam on my phone and posting the pics on discord. I am so paranoid I can't sleep, should I just turn everything off and just smoke signals?

I have a firewall for the firewall use a bunch of cat 5e cords with switches, and barely use my phone....I even got a burner phone. This seems to be very serious issue in the chat app.
