Recommend a software to clean junks of images

With these social media apps , my gallery just keep getting bigger and filled with garbage.. particularly because of Whatsapp , even though i have set some groups setting , not to store media .. still there is thousands of forwarded images , ads etc etc.

Not only that , there are other images as well.. Which app can easily identify /scan and help me clear those images ?
