Brake cost on 2020 V8V

Hey guys. I have a 20 Vantage and the brakes are starting to squeak.

I got a quote for 15k to do all four pads and rotors.

That seems super high… do I need to do all that work? Or can I just do pads only? Rotors seem fine.

Fyi the car has 12.5k miles. Would love to get some feedback. Thanks!
