what should i do guys?

basically i’m 21 and my dad threw me over his shoulder on the ground crushing me he’s like 350 and broke my necklace glasses flew off my face, choking me out to the point im seeing stars all bc i texted my mom to please leave me alone bc i had a bad day?? this happened a few hours ago advice would help please.
