Atlassian P50 Team Matching

I have had my first team matching call 2 weeks ago. Team Name:- DevBox

Description:- Provides remote development tool for Atlassian developers

Tech Stack:- Java + Go (Backend)

Can someone tell me how is work culture and growth in this team ? Any input is highly appreciated.
