Aquatica question

So I was going through my game and today I had access to the creatures. I started using commands to summon them and it worked, same with saddles, armor, etc. but I didn’t buy aquatica. I didn’t buy it, nor did I have any intention of buying it. I have no idea what’s going on, did they make it a free dlc after the shit reviews? Any help clearing things up would be greatly appreciated.
