Not sure whether to order OE or OEM

Hey guys. I have a 2015 528i twin turbo that recently started overheating. I immediately towed it to my mechanic and he said i need a new electronic water pump and thermostat. I was looking on FCP euro and want to order from there. I’ve found the Genuine BMW kit for $688 and the OE kit by pierberg and mahle for $551 If i’ve learned correctly the only difference is the bmw brand logo being placed on it? I would love to save the extra money if I don’t have to pay for the bmw logo and it’s essentially the same thing. My biggest concern is peace of mind knowing it’ll fit and perform. Any suggestions? Does it really matter or is it just preference?
