Should i Play Gow 2018 on a Different difficulty

I’m currently out of internet and don’t want to play on my current save file (got mimir and went to explore) because Steam won’t probably count the hours. So I’ve been thinking: what if I replay the game on GOW difficulty? I’m not sure if it’s worth it in my current situation… I’d like some opinions.
