[H]​ Where exactly must these details be updated?

Hi there fellow Redditors.​Just a quick one I received this email, I'm sure others have too, who use Standard Bank. Where must your credentials be updated? Can it be done on the Stanbic App on your mobile device? I currently am overseas, so I'm unable to go to a local branch etc to make inquiries, or make an international phone call.
