Dry Skin - ISO moisturizer

I have dry skin and looking for a daytime moisturizer for under makeup. I’ve been using the first aid beauty firming cream but I still don’t think my skin looks dewy and plump under makeup. Keep in mind I live at dry climate (Colorado). Thank you.
