TCL dropping internet/loses YouTubeTV sign in

TV is a TCL Model 32S3800 manufactured in 2016. Having 2 problems that seem independent of each other but are both equally frustrating and making me never want to purchase another TCL.

Problem 1 - the internet randomly loses connection, no other devices lose connection, only this TV. The only ways to get the internet working again is to unplug the tv for 10-15 seconds and plug back in or power off and let it sit for hours and it will connect back up on the next power on.

Problem 2 - YouTubeTV app goes through phases where it will require the tv to be set back up as a trusted device by visiting tv.youtube.com/start and putting the code in. No other app on the device does this and on the other tvs/xbox where I’m using the YouTubeTV app they aren’t requiring this to be done over and over. Definitely device specific.

The firmware is up to date and the YouTubeTV app is also latest version. Any help is appreciated.
