Dizziness is crazy

I upped my dose from 150xl to 300xl about a week and a half ago and yesterday morning I got hit with the strongest dizziness and tremors I’ve ever experienced. I fell twice going from my couch to the sink and back. It lasted about five hours. Then it happened again today around noon but we’re going on at least nine hours.

I have a baby at home so sleep is very fleeting. Maybe 5-6 hours of interrupted sleep. I eat about once a day 5-6 days out of the week. And I have pretty high anxiety which I am taking Buspar for (10 mg twice daily).

Anybody else had side effects like this? How long did these experiences last?
