I need help!!

I live in Texas and THC has been banned literally everywhere. My friend who lives in New Mexico came down with a dompen for me (it’s legal there so it’s the real deal). the same day i got it i lost it somehow, only to find it in the middle of the road in front of my house, run over and smashed. nothing leaked and it’s still full, but wont hit. what’s my best option for getting and using the wax that’s still inside? please help!!!
